Return Instructions
- Fill in your order number and email to access our online return portal
- Choose the item you wish to return
- Choose the return method you wish to receive (store credit, exchange or refund)
- Print the return label you will receive by email
- Send the item back to us in the original packaging if possible
- Patiently wait for processing

Return Policy
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for exchange, store credit or refund
- We accept returns from international shipped orders within 45 days of purchase
- Returns must be in new condition, unworn and free of damages. Please include any tags and packaging if applies
- All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. Please allow 2-4 days processing for inspection
- All returns are subject to a $6.95 return shipping charge and will be deducted from your return
- Please contact us if you have received a damaged item
Refunds
- Please allow 7-10 business days for all store credits, exchanges and refunds to be processed once your return is accepted
- Please note, most refunds take 24-72 hours to post to your account. Please contact your banking establishment if there is any issue
- You will receive an email informing you whether your return has been accepted or declined
- If your return was declined, we will kindly return the item back to you
Shipping
- Allow 2-4 days processing once your order is placed before leaving our warehouse
- Please note, shipping times begin once your order leaves our warehouse. Please refer to your tracking number sent by email
- Orders $50 and over ship free
- Orders under $50 are charged a $6.95 shipping fee due at checkout
International Shipping
- International packages are subject to customs duties and taxes. It is the customers' responsibility to see to the payment of their country's duties, taxes and/or fees charged
- All items within an order must be declared at the full price paid and cannot be altered to decrease international customs fees
- Packages may be stopped by customs, which could delay delivery
- Refused packages are subject to the following: return import fees and shipping - deducted from your return
- Refused packages will be processed as returns for store credit only
